Game Changer: Nikon M223 Scope

ArmaLite is renowned for the M4 and M16 assault rifles that are still in use today. They were also famous for the many AR rifles brought into play several years back. These semi-automatic rifles have a bunch of stopping power, but spraying at close range simply isn’t enough without the proper aiming equipment. The exact riflescope to use depends on the specifics of rifle because they are meant to be fired at different ranges. But if AR rifles are the ones being used, the Nikon M-223 scopes have the necessary technologies to maximize their potential.

Featured Technologies

The Nikon M-223 scopes come with similar technologies already present in the popular Monarch series. The scopes rely upon the Ultra ClearCoat Optical System where the light transmission is brought up to its maximum at 95% so AR rifle users will experience the brightest and sharpest pictures possible. The Eye Box Technology adds some amount of depth with its 4-time zoom range where the high-resolution kicks in. These zoom controls are very smooth as they have viewablemagnification reference numbers from the user’s position.

These scopes are also built the same way other Nikon scopes are, assuring that every model is fogproof, waterproof, shockproof, O-ring sealed, and Nitrogen-filled to ensure that the scopes will last as long as the rifles they are compatible with. The Nikon M-223 scopes are also lightweight while having good strength and durability at the same time. To further protect the scope vitals, the M-223 scopes are supplied with Nikon windage and elevation caps along with flip-up lens caps.

The special technology present in M-223 scopes is the reticle being used, which depends on the model. Models appropriate for short-range AR rifles, the M-223 1-4×20 works very well because of the point blank reticle being used. This scope is very accurate when shots need to be made from 0 to 200 yard ranges. AR rifles that use Rapid-Fire Precision have two choices to make: the M-223 2-8×32 BDC 600 and M-223 2-8×32 Nikoplex scopes. The M-223 2-8×32 BDC 600 uses the BDC 600 reticle which is specially made for the .223 Rem./5.56 NATO round with 55-grain polymer tip bullet. Unlike other reticles that these AR rifles use, open circle aiming points are usable with hash marks highlighting its range from 100 to 600 yards. The M-223 2-8×32 Nikoplex uses a different technology that is also based on the .223/5.56mm 55-grain polymer tipped bullet. This new system makes it easier for users to aim from most distances. All that is required is a simple dial to set the elevation from 100 to 600 yards away so the Nikoplex crosshair is properly aligned in the middle. This can be achieved in less than a single revolution for quick results. Long range shooters have the same Nikoplex and BDC 600 options in front of them and both have 12x42SF statistics. M-223 mounts can also be used to add precision. The Nikon M-223 scopes are not only preferable only for AR rifle but bolt-action rifles in .223.
